  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp stevia
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • toppings
  • 1/3 cup mushrooms, canned
  • 1/2 oz pepperoni slices
  • 3 oz summer sausage
  • 1/2 small onion sliced very thinly
  • 1/2 medium tomato sliced
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Chicken crusted pizza low carb in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
  • Mix the parmesan cheese with the chicken, oregano, basil, mozzarella cheese, and salt. When mixed add to a pizza pan or baking pan. The pizza pan I used was 16 inch pizza pan.
  • Step 3
  • Place the ground chicken mixture onto the pizza pan.  Evenly press the mixture into the pizza pan.  If you want you can even use your rolling-pin to get it nice and even.
  • Step 4
  • Bake in the oven for 20 min or until the crust is golden.
  • Step 5
  • Take out of oven add toppings and sauce.
  • Step 6
  • Stick back into oven 15 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Take out let sit 5 minutes. Slice serve hope you enjoy.
