  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds, sliced

    Step 1
  • Dice chicken and pan cook with 1/2 tablespoon curry powder. Either leave diced or shred, your preference.
