  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric

  • 4 Cayenne or Serrano peppers, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken, chopped
  • 2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk, light
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to Make Chicken Curry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Chicken Curry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat pan; add oil, curry and turmeric in pan, stirring until paste forms.
  • Step 2
  • Add hot peppers, lemongrass, garlic, and ginger, stir fry until fragrant
  • Step 3
  • add onion and bell peppers, stir fry until well mixed and veggies begin to wilt
  • Step 4
  • Add chicken, cook until browned
  • Step 5
  • Add coconut milk and bring to boil. Cover simmer for 30 minutes
