  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 3 boiled eggs (if preffered)

  • Sautee garlic,onion, ginger
  • Step 2
  • Add meat then cover to tenderize the meat

  • Add pepper then cover

  • Add boullion

  • Add a can of coconut milk slowly, mix then cover
  • Step 6
  • Let it Simmer
  • Step 7
  • Add curry powder
  • Step 8
  • Add potato and carrots, let it simmer until it is tender

  • Add boiled eggs
  • Step 10
  • Add bell pepper last.
