  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 1 Red Onion or 8 small onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Jeera
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 5 slices cocunut

How to Make Chicken Curry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Curry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Grind together jeera, cinnamon, onion, tomatoes, ginger-garlic
  • Step 2
  • Heat oil, add grinded mixture and saute till raw smell leaves.
  • Step 3
  • Add chicken and saute till colour changes. Pressure cook for 3 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Grind cocunut, cashews and poppy seeds. Add to chicken curry and simmer for 10 min.
