Ingredients: Chicken curry

  • 1/4 cup camomile oil
  • 2 large onions
  • 250 grams Mushroom
  • 1 kg chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon yellow kari
  • 1 teaspoon ground chili
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

How to Make Chicken curry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Chicken curry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the onions and mushroom into large pieces. Cut the the chicken breast into 1 cm stripes. Put the chicken stripes in a large bowl and add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
  • Cook the onion and the brown sugar with the camomile oil while stirring constantly until the onions get slightly golden
  • Step 3
  • Add the mushrooms and cook while stirring for about 10 minutes and the volume of the mushroom is cut by half
  • Step 4
  • Add the chicken strips and cook for about 15 minutes until the chicken gets golden color but not burned
  • Step 5
  • Throw in the left over spices and cook for five more minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Remove for stove and serve with white rice or green vegetables
