  • 1/3 cup yellow corn meal
  • 2 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • frying
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • topping
  • 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
