  • Soba dashi soup
  • 400 ml Bonito dashi stock
  • 2 tbsp ◎ Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp ◎Mirin
  • 1 tsp ◎ Sake
  • 1/2 tsp ◎Dashi stock powder
  • 1 Salt

How to Make Chicken Dipping Sauce for Soba Noodles

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Chicken Dipping Sauce for Soba Noodles in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the chicken into bite sizes and sprinkle with sake. Fry the chicken in a frying pan until browned (don't have to cook the chicken completely).

  • Cut the Japanese leek diagonally and brown in a toaster oven.
