  • 1/2 bunch Chinese chives (Garlic Chives)
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 Salt and pepper

  • In a bowl, mix the finely chopped leek, katakuriko, sesame oil, and stock powder to the ground chicken until the mixture is sticky.

  • Step 3
