If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Chicken Enchilada Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the chicken for about 45 minutes until cooked all the way. Shred when finished
  • Step 2
  • Chop up the green onions put into a big mixing bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Add the 2 cans of olives, chicken and 1 and a half cans of the enchilada sauce into the mixing bowl with the green onions... You can decided on the foavoring when using the enchilada sauce
  • Step 4
  • Get your dish and start layering(i used 9x13 glass)...... Start with meat mix, then cheese om top them lay the corn tortillas on top of that. (cut tortillas to fit in spots that a whooe cant)
  • Step 5
  • Repeat
  • Step 6
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F
  • Step 7
  • Take foil of and cook for another 15 uncovered
