  • 1 can rotel
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cheese enough to layer
  • 1 season as you like

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Enchilada Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sauteed chicken, onion pepper and add spices,
  • Step 2
  • Separate dish mix both soups and milk, drain juice from rotel, add rotel to soup mixture. Stir.

  • Add chicken to soup mixture.

  • Spray 9 x 13 dish with olive spray. Layer 2 tortillas on bottom, spoon mixture add cheese, repeat 3 times, don't forget the olives on top. Heat oven 350 bake 30 minutes.
