  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken Skinned & Shredded. I Just Used Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts.
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro....chopped.
  • 4 Green Onions Chopped
  • 10 oz Can Of Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 packages Of Tortillas

How to Make Chicken Enchilada Dip Roll-ups

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There is 1 step you must follow to make Chicken Enchilada Dip Roll-ups in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix together the cream cheese and shredded Mexican blend cheese in a bowl. Add the spices,chicken, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. After the mixture is chilled, place a large spoonful onto a tortilla and spread all the way to the edges. Roll up the tortilla and slice. (Seen this on Facebook) :)
