  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely diced

How to Make Chicken Enchilada Dip

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Step 2
  • Place chicken on baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from oven, cool and shred.
  • Step 3
  • Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl, and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green chilies and jalapeño pepper.
  • Step 4
  • Transfer the chicken mixture to an 8x8 baking dish. Bake uncovered in oven 30-35 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Serve with Tostitos chips and sour cream.
