Ingredients: Chicken Enchiladas

  • 1 pkg 10" flour tortillas
  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
  • dash garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper to taste.
  • 1/2 can of drained rotel

How to Make Chicken Enchiladas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Chicken Enchiladas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook chicken till done. Shred into pan. Add soup, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, rotel, and seasons. Bring to a boil.
  • Step 2
  • Heat flour tortillas in microwave till bairly warm. Place spoonful of chicken mixture in the center of tortilla length ways. Add tablespoon of shredded cheese on mixture. Roll tortilla up.
  • Step 3
  • Place in greased 9×13 baking dish. Continue rolling tortillas till dish is full. Pour remaining chicken mixture over top of enchiladas and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Step 4
  • Bake for 20 mins at 350°F.
  • Step 5
  • Top with lettuce and tomatoes and picante sauce optional. Enjoy
