  • 2 can Chicken breast (drained)
  • 1 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 20 oz Enchilada Sauce
  • 8 oz Shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 packages Flour tortillas (aprox. 12)

How to Make Chicken Enchiladas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Chicken Enchiladas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Break apart canned chicken with fork
  • Step 3
  • Combine chicken, 1 can of enchilada sauce, 4 oz. cheese and onion
  • Step 4
  • Fill tortilla shells with mixture, roll up and place seam side down in a greased glass baking dish
  • Step 5
  • Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top of filled tortillas, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Serve with shredded lettuce and sour cream
