  • 3 onions
  • 1 slosh white wine
  • 1/2 tsp. chilli flakes
  • a little olive oil
  • 70 gr. parmesan cheese
  • 70 gr. cheddar cheese
  • 1 lemon (or a few tiny ones - I have a little lemon tree so mine are tiny)
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 pinch or two of salt

  • Heat the oil in a large pan with the chilli flakes

  • Add the onions. Stir well

  • Grease the oven tray. Cut the lemons into really thin slices and dot them around the tray. Sprinkle with oregano

  • Grill the chicken fillets in a pan with a little oil. Turn the oven on high at 200º
  • Step 10
  • Put the fillets on the oven tray, on top of the lemon slices
  • Step 11
  • Cover with the onion
  • Step 12
  • And grated cheese
  • Step 13
  • Place in the oven at 200ª for 5 minutes
  • Step 14
  • Turn the grill on at maximum for 2 minutes more
  • Step 15
  • Put on a warmed plate and serve with a green salad.
