  • 1 tbsp italian seasonongs
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 packages frozen spinach defrosted and squeezed of liquid
  • 4 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 6 slice bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Chicken Flourentine

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Chicken Flourentine in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Step 2
  • In medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat. Stirring constantly mix in garlic, lemon juice, white wine, mushroom soup, seasonings, half and half and parmesan cheese
  • Step 3
  • Mix well and turn off heat
  • Step 4
  • Arrange spinach in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Top spinach with mushrooms layer on chicken cutlets
  • Step 5
  • Pour sauce over chicken top with crumbled and mozzarella cheese
  • Step 6
  • Bake for 25-30 min until bubbly n lightly browned
  • Step 7
  • Serve with rice or pasta
