  • 1 cooked, skinless chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

    Step 1
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet
  • Step 2
  • Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes

  • Add the garlic and cook 1 minute longer

  • Add the chicken and the peas, followed by the soy sauce and water
