  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake rice wine
  • 6 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 pint vegetable oil

  • gather your ingredients, and chop the chicken into small, bite-size chunks

  • peel and grate about 1 tbsp of ginger
