  • 400 grams chicken minced
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 4 green chilli
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 2 fresh parsley leaves
  • 6 spring onions
  • salt
  • spices
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cumin powder or cumin seeds
  • 1/3 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 2 green cardamon
  • 1/3 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp khasmiri red chilli powder or paprika
  • 1 kalpasi (black stone flower)
  • 1 small piece of cinnamon
  • 1/2 ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chicken masala
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste

How to Make Chicken keema

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Chicken keema in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in pan and fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes. Add all the spices too.
  • Step 2
  • Add the chicken keema, mix well and stir fry for 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Serve hot, top with some fresh parsley. Best eaten with steamed rice, roti or bread.
