Ingredients: Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  • 1 lb ground chicken (I used ground chicken breast)
  • 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Salt and Pepper to taste ( I didnt have to use any)
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce

How to Make Chicken Lettuce Wraps

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Lettuce Wraps in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil, ground chicken, garlic, red pepper flakes and saute chicken until brown.
  • Step 2
  • Add chopped onion and mushrooms and cook through.
  • Step 3
  • Add the Soy Sauce, ginger and Hoisin sauce and mix well for a minute.
  • Step 4
  • Serve warm topped on lettuce leaves.
