  • 1 stick Butter (no substitutions)
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 large Clove Garlic, minced
  • 3 Hardboiled eggs (fresh)
  • 1 tsp each Salt & Pepper

    Step 1
  • Bake livers for 30 min. at 350° covered.
  • Step 2
  • Place butter in 4 cup glass measure. Add onion & garlic. Microwave 2 mins., let stand 1 min., microwave 2 more minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Pour butter mix into food processor. Puree until smooth, about 30 secs.
  • Step 4
  • Add cut up eggs, s&p, and cooked livers.
  • Step 5
  • Puree until smooth about 1 min. Will be slightly grainy.
  • Step 6
  • Pour into mold or container. Refriderate overnite.
  • Step 7
  • Serve with pitas and crackers.
