Ingredients: Chicken Lo Mein

  • 1 box spaghetti
  • 1 lb Chicken cutlets cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 clove Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Ground ginger

How to Make Chicken Lo Mein

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Lo Mein in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put spaghetti up to a boil, while spaghetti is boiling prepare the chicken
  • Step 2
  • In a larger skillet on medium high flame- heat the olive oil and garlic. Add chicken strips and cook for about one minute
  • Step 3
  • When chicken strips turn white add soy sauce, sugar and ginger. Coat all chicken pieces and cover pan for about 4 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Make sure chicken does not stick to the pan
  • Step 4
  • When chicken has been fully cooked, remove from flame and add the hot spaghetti to it. Coat completely.
