  • 1 kg chicken
  • 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cloves powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 salt to taste

How to Make Chicken Masala Fry

    Step 1
  • Cut chicken into medium pieces. Marinate it with 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and squeeze lemon.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients to make paste using vineger.
  • Step 3
  • Add oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated chicken till it is half done.
  • Step 4
  • Add the paste and saute it on a slow flame till the chicken is cooked.
