  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 clove onion, chopped
  • 2 cup mushroom dried (soak in water reserve stock)
  • 4 tbsp liquid/light seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 piece carrot dice
  • 1 bunch bokchoy
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • pinch salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 piece eggs ( hard boiled cut halves)
  • 1 piece bell pepper slice

How to Make Chicken mushroom with greens

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Chicken mushroom with greens in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put chicken in a pan. In low fire, let the chicken extract its own oil. Fry a bit using its own oil. Add ginger, garlic and onion.
  • Step 2
  • Add mushroom saute' a bit then add the mushroom stock, seasoning, oyster sauce, salt and pepper, sugar. Simmer for about 10 min.
  • Step 3
  • Dissolve cornstarch in water. Pour onto chicken, stir then add carrot, bell pepper and bokchoy. Put some sesame oil for the aroma. Garnish with hard boiled egg.
