  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sweet peppers chopped

  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 quart water
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
  • Boil the chicken in water, salt, and celery. Boil till chicken is done.

  • When onions and peppers are soft, add chicken mixture to hollowed onions. Then top with cheese bake in oven 20-25 minutes.
