  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp siracha
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

How to Make Chicken Pad Thai

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Chicken Pad Thai in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Beat eggs in a bowl, and add milk. Sprinkle a dash of garlic powder.
  • Step 2
  • Dice scallions and white onions. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Scramble the eggs in peanut oil. Cook until slightly browned.
  • Step 4
  • Coat the chicken in sesame oil and corn starch.
  • Step 5
  • Begin to boil water for the noodles. While doing so mix the sauce using the appropriate ingrediants.
  • Step 6
  • Grind the peanuts.
  • Step 7
  • Cook the noodles in boiling water for no more than four minutes. When done, drain and dry noodles.
  • Step 8
  • Heat a wok with peanut oil. Cook chicken until white, then add scallions, onions, and eggs.
  • Step 9
  • Once cooked, add noodles with a splash of oil. Add sauce and toss.
  • Step 10
  • Add peanuts and toss.
