Ingredients: Chicken Parmasean

  • 4 thin sliced skinless boneless chicken breasts (or regular, pounded flat)
  • 2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 vegetable oil (just enough to coat bottom of frying pan)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 mozzarella cheese
  • 1 parmasean cheese
  • 1 jar of your favorite tomato based pasta sauce
  • 1 box linguini
  • 1 parsley flakes

How to Make Chicken Parmasean

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Chicken Parmasean in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Step 2
  • Heat oil in a skillet
  • Step 3
  • Dip chicken breasts in milk and egg mixture. Fry until both sides are golden brown. (Won't be all the way done, it will finish cooking in the oven)
  • Step 4
  • Place the chicken in a casserole dish and cover with pasta sauce. Top with parmasean and mozzarella cheese. (As much as desired) and sprinkle with parsley flakes. Start cooking the linguini per box instructions.
  • Step 5
  • Cook for about 30 minutes. Take out and spoon sauce from pan onto linguini and lightly toss. Voila! Easy and delicious chicken parmasean
