  • 1 lb diced boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 each sliced green and red peppers
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 1 packages shredded mozzarella or sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 packages sliced long ways, ciabatta rolls
  • 1 pinch season salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

How to Make Chicken Philly Sandwich

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Philly Sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a skillet, saute vegetables in some butter until al dente & set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Next, do the same with chicken and seasonings with olive oil instead of butter until done.
  • Step 3
  • Spread butter on tops & bottoms of ciabatta rolls. Then, place tops of ciabatta face down & bottoms upright. Place chicken, vegetable mix, & then cheese on top of bottom pieces of bread.
  • Step 4
  • Bake until cheese melts & bread slightly crispy. Serve with chips or by itself.
