  • 2 cup cooked chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp pepper (1/8 prefer)
  • 3 tbsp walnuts (chopped) (optional)
  • 3 pita breads (halved)
  • 1 packages alfalfa sprouts

How to Make Chicken Pita Sandwiches

    Step 1
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese,milk and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Then stir in the chicken,green pepper,onions,mustard,thyme and pepper.

  • Before serving, stir in the walnuts. (optional)
  • Step 5
  • Spoon out about 1/2 cup filling into each pita half.
