  • 1 tbsp Lemon and pepper seasoning salt
  • 1 tbsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt(optional)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder(can use 2 if u desire)
  • 3 Boneless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cup Mexican style blend cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup bacon crumble
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup Green onions (diced)
  • 5 large potatoes(peeled or not)

How to Make Chicken Potatoes and Bacon Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Chicken Potatoes and Bacon Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pre heat oven to 400°F
  • Step 2
  • In a casserole, add oil, salt, garlic, pepper and paprika...mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Add all your potatoes, chicken, half of your cilantro mix well (with your hands) to coat.
  • Step 4
  • Cook in oven for 50-60 minutes (or till u can stick a fork in ur potatoes)
  • Step 5
  • Once everything is done, add remaining cilantro, bacon, cheese and green onions ( spread wisely) return to oven for 5- 10 minutes or till all cheese is melted and Bacon sizzling.
  • Step 6
  • Serve hot.....Enjoy.
