  • 20 oz chicken meat (rotisserie or canned)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 48 wonton wrappers

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Step 2
  • Combine cream cheese, garlic, chicken and onion in a food processor and pulse until combined.
  • Step 3
  • Put about 1 teaspoon of filling on each. Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water. Fold into a triangle and press the edges closed.
  • Step 4
  • Arrange the rangoon on the baking sheet and brush with butter.
  • Step 5
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

  • Serve with BBQ sauce or sriracha..
