  • 1 medium pita bread
  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 slice cheddar
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 dash thyme
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken sandwich with fresh veggies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add olive oil to your pan on low heat, season your chicken with thyme, salt and pepper, add to the pan and put the lid on.
  • Step 2
  • After about 6-7 minutes remove the lid, turn up the heat to high, and fry till its golden brown on one side, flip and add the cheddar slices, after the other side is cooked remove the chicken and place on a plate
  • Step 3
  • Toast your pita bread, slice in half and place one breast in each one, then add slices of your fresh cucumber and tomato
  • Step 4
  • Optional: you can mayo to it too, enjoy!!
