  • 2 portions Chicken thigh (or breast)
  • 2 small Potato
  • 10 grams Butter
  • 2 tsp Yuzu pepper
  • 2 tsp Sake
  • 1 Salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • Cut off any excess fat from the chicken, and pierce the meat all over with the tip of your knife. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
