  • 3 1/2 split chicken breast
  • 1 dash mrs dash lemon and herb
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 3 large roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cup milk or 1/2 &1/2
  • 1 dash lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup basil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken scaloppine in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Split chicken breast sprinkle with Mrs Dash put in pan with Olive oil sprinkle other side.
  • Step 2
  • Fry up bacon set aside. When cool crumble.
  • Step 3
  • In a separate pan add 2 tablespoons of butter and a little bit of flour and make a roux. Add lemon juice lemon pepper and basil. Let simmer if it gets to thick and more milk.
  • Step 4
  • Add bacon tomatoes and chicken breast simmer for an extra 10 minutes
