  • 5 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk

How to Make Chicken Schnitzel

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Chicken Schnitzel in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound chicken breasts flat to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  • Step 2
  • Beat eggs and milk in a bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Combine breadcrumbs and all spices. And place in shallow tray for dredging.
  • Step 4
  • Place flattened breast in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs coating thoroughly.
  • Step 5
  • Cover bottom of a frying pan with oil and fry chicken over medium high heat. For 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Step 6
  • You can eat them this way or put them in a bun with your favorite condiments.
