  • 2 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Conola oil
  • 2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 as needed Yellow mustard
  • 2 Blended eggs in bowl
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried dill
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

How to Make Chicken Shnitzel

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Chicken Shnitzel in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice chicken breast down center, put in-between wax paper and pound to 1/2 inch thin
  • Step 2
  • Season each side with all aforementioned seasonings
  • Step 3
  • Spread yellow mustRd in each side of each piece
  • Step 4
  • In one shallow bowl prepare beaten eggs, in another shallow bowl fill with Italian breadcrumbs
  • Step 5
  • Place large pan on stove on high heat, pour in vegetable oil-hear for 3 minutes and turn heat down to medium
  • Step 6
  • Place each chicken breast in egg, then in crumbs, then place in skillet
  • Step 7
  • Flip breast after 4 minutes-or until each side is golden brown
  • Step 8
  • Serve with dill pickles!!
