  • 1/2 can Canned tomatoes

  • 1 tsp Consomme stock granules

  • 40 grams Penne pasta
  • 40 grams Processed cheese
  • 1 dash Finely chopped parsley

    Step 1
  • Remove the fat from the chicken. It's easier with kitchen scissors.
  • Step 2
  • Cut into large bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and sauté the garlic and onion. When the onion becomes translucent, remove from the pan.

  • Add more olive oil into the same pan, and brown both sides of the chicken. Wipe off the excess oil with paper towels.

  • Add the onion, canned tomatoes, white wine, and consommé, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat. Adjust the flavour with salt and pepper. Since the cheese will be added later, don't put too much salt.
  • Step 6
  • Simmer until the liquid has mostly evaporated. In the meat time, cook the penne pasta.
  • Step 7
  • Add the cooked penne pasta, and mix. Spread the cheese all over, cover with the lid, and cook over low heat until it's melted, then you're done. Serve on a plate, and sprinkle with parsley on top.
