  • 1 medium piece of chicken (thigh)
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 cup frozen veggies
  • noodles
  • 2 cup chicken broth (dry variety)
  • chicken soup base
  • parsley

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Chicken skillet in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Dice up your onions and onions
  • Step 2
  • Boil 2 cups of water (to mix with dry chicken broth)
  • Step 3
  • Add oil to pan and heat on med-high
  • Step 4
  • Once oil is heated add onions and chicken
  • Step 5
  • When chicken is slightly brown (not fully done ! ) add veggies and noodles (add more for more servings) stir frequently. Once boiling turn down the heat to low and let simmer.

  • Slowly add soup base and parsley for more flavoring.

  • Check noodles and chicken and take off heat.
  • Step 8
