  • 1 inch ginger
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/4 nutmeg
  • 1 cardamon pod
  • 2 cm cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 bunch Coriander (for garnish)

How to Make Chicken Soup with Fresh Spices

    Step 1
  • Heat cooking oil in a stockpot. Stir-fry chicken first for two mins then add onion, carrots, potatoes and close the lid. Cook for another 5 mins till slightly brown.
