Prepare the ingredients before making Chicken Soup in your home. Then, follow these steps below to serve Chicken Soup for your family or friends.

Ingredients: Chicken Soup

  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 6-8 Chicken Wings
  • 6 Beef Bones/Beef Neck Bones
  • 2 Medium Onions Diced
  • 1 bag Baby Carrots
  • 3 Stalks Celery Chopped
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1-2 Chicken Bullion Cubes
  • 1-2 Beef Bullion Cubes
  • to Taste Salt & Pepper
  • Parsley to Finish

How to Make Chicken Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Clean all the chicken & beef. Put it in a tall pot & fill 1/2 way with water. Put in all the the other ingredients & bring to a boil. Add extra water or stock as needed to fill the pot.
  • Step 2
  • Skim the fat that floats to the top. Stir occasionally & season as needed. I let the soup simmer for at least 3-4 hrs or untill the carrots are done. I sometimes will add some boxed beef broth for extra flavor.
  • Step 3
  • When it is finally done! The Chicken Breast, Celery & Carrots put them a side. Then remove the Chicken Wings & Beef. I save the Beef for my Dogs Cookie & Princess. Strain the rest of the broth into another pot.
  • Step 4
  • Shred the Chicken Breast into the soup. Put the Carrots & Celery in the pot. Remember to keep your noodles separate from the soup till serving because if you leave them in the soup they will suck up all the broth. Hope you enjoy!
