  • 1 lime juice
  • 3 potatoes

  • 3 quart water
  • 5 lb chicken wings (cut in portion)

How to Make Chicken Souse

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Souse in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Parboil chicken wings. Drain off and wash.
  • Step 2
  • In a large pot, put 3quarts of water adding onions celery. Bring to a boil. Season with pepper and salt. Add limes to your taste.

  • Then add potatoes. Boil again until potatoes are soft.
  • Step 4
  • Then add wings. Cook for 30 minutes.
