  • 1 lb chicken breasts/ or tenderloins
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms (more if you like)
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1 packages of thin spaghetti noodles
  • 1 mozzerella cheese for topping

How to Make Chicken Spaghetti

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Chicken Spaghetti in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in medium saucepan. Salt and pepper chicken. Cook chicken on both sides.
  • Step 2
  • Add celery, bell pepper, and onions to oil. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.
  • Step 3
  • Combine spaghetti sauce, and tomato sauce. Stir, and bring to a slight boil.
  • Step 4
  • Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and sugar. Stir well, combining all ingredients.
  • Step 5
  • Place lid on, simmer for 25 minutes. Stirring a few times.
  • Step 6
  • Boil noodles, drain.
  • Step 7
  • Add mozzerella cheese to the top, and enjoy!
