  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 2 can Mixed veggies
  • 1 can Tomato sauce

  • Slice and boil your potatoes.
  • Step 3
  • Cut up the onion.
  • Step 4
  • Pour all ingredients in a pan and set on high. Or 350 if you are using a skillet.
  • Step 5
  • Leave for 30 minutes while stirring frequently.
  • Step 6
  • Turn pan on low. Or skillet on warm and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • You can serve with a side of crackers or hot sauce. :)
