  • 2 teaspoon curry masala
  • 2 Tablespoon sundried tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen green beans, cut
  • 1 cup (canned mushrooms)
  • 2 Sundried Prunes (Plums) sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste

    Step 1
  • Marinate chicken strips in 1 teaspoon of curry masala for 10 mins. Heat oil on medium heat. Add cumin seeds, cook 1 minute. Add sliced garlic and cook 1 minute. Add marinated chicken and cook 3 minutes - tossing and turning. Take chicken out and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • If necessary add a little olive oil to the same pan. Add onions, ginger, turmeric, 1 teaspoon curry masala. cook 2 minutes. Add green beans, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes cook 3 minutes add soy sauce and add 1/2 water and cook 2 minutes. Now add the chicken and prunes. Add remaining water if it is too dry. Cook on very low heat for 10 mins. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
