  • 1 green capsicum cut into slices
  • 1 red capsicum cut into slices
  • 1 can sweetcorn
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 pinch coarse black pepper
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 carrot cut into slices
  • 1 few florets of broccoli

How to Make Chicken stir fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Chicken stir fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add olive oil in a wok on high heat and add broccoli then lower the heat. Keep stirring until its tender but crunchy. Then keep aside in a plate.
  • Step 2
  • Add a bit of olive oil and add carrots, peppers and left over chicken. Then stir it and after 2 minutes add salt, pepper, lemon and stock cube. Then mix it and add broccoli. Keep stirring on high heat for 5 mins and serve it while is hot.
  • Step 3
  • You can eat it just like that or with rice, noodles, add your favourite sauce to make it saucy or as a wrap.
