  • 2 tsp sherry
  • 3 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

How to Make Chicken Stir-fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Chicken Stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sherry and cornstarch in bowl. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in wok or large nonstick skillet
  • Step 3
  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
  • Step 4
  • Stir-fry chicken until golden brown. Add garlic while frying if desired.
  • Step 5
  • Add vegetables

  • Re-stir sauce mixture then add to pan
  • Step 9
  • Stir-fry 5 minutes or until sauce thickens
