Ingredients: Chicken Stir Fry

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bunch broccoli florets
  • 1 bunch califlower
  • 1/2 packages baby carrots
  • 1/2 small chopped onion
  • 3 stalk chopped celery
  • 1 bottle of stir fry sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 can sliced water chestnut, drained
  • 4 cup steamed rice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

How to Make Chicken Stir Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Chicken Stir Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a wok or large frying pan heat your oil to med heat
  • Step 2
  • Wash and toss in vegetables, cook for 3-5 min. Remove from pan
  • Step 3
  • Put chicken in pan and cook for 5 min, stirring occasionally
  • Step 4
  • Add vegetables back in the mix and add stir fry sauce, ginger and salt and pepper
  • Step 5
  • Cook for additional 5 min until vegetables are softened , but not too soft. (Dont overcook)
  • Step 6
  • Serve immediately over rice
