  • 1 tsp * Usukuchi soy sauce
  • 1 tsp *Mirin
  • 1 tsp *Sake
  • 1 tsp Ginger (juice)
  • 1 1/2 tsp katakuriko potato starch flour, 3 teaspoons water Katakuriko slurry
