  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red and yellow)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ground black sesame seeds
  • [Chicken Tender Seasoning]
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • [Dressing Ingredients]
  • 3 tbsp Okonomiyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Bonito based dashi stock granules
  • 1 Coarsely ground black pepper

    Step 1
  • Place the chicken tenders in a heat resistant dish. Season with salt and sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes at 500W. When cooled, tear apart with your fingers.

  • Cut the peppers in half vertically. Remove the seeds and stem and cut vertically into thin slices.
  • Step 3
